SHIPPING POLICY

Skin Shoppe currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $8. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping is estimated at 5–8 business days after fulfillment. Please allow additional time for order processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control

Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, you will receive it using the contact information provided with your order.

 

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has begun processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If there is a problem with your order when it arrives, please contact support@skinshoppe.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when applicable.
